Depending on the date of stay, the price will apply to seasonal low, middle or base price or price for high season.
Dates are peak or high season:
- Weekends (Friday and Saturday night) for the months of September, October, April and May. In the case of stays of two or more days containing all weekend, base price will be applied.
- Bridges holidays: Kings, Saints, Immaculate, May 1, El Pilar, Christmas and New Year. It will require a minimum of 2 or more days of stay under the bridge.

Easter (9 to April 12). Until February 28 only accept reservations for a minimum of 4 days.

Weekends (Friday and Saturday night) for the months of February, March, June, July, August, November and December.
- Days Sunday to Thursday of the month of September, October, April and May.
If the stay is required between high and non-high season, the regulatory price for each part, except on weekends and stays of more than 2 nights applies to base price
