To guarantee your booking you must supply credit card details. Please be aware that no charge will be raised against your credit card when we confirm your booking. We only require the details in order to maintain the booking in your name (according to our booking policy). The bill for your hotel stay must be paid directly at the hotel, in cash or by credit card.
A valid passport will be required from all guests at registration .

We will confirm changes within 24 hours and send you a new reservation. If there is no availability for dates or room type, we will suggest the best possible alternatives.
If you want to cancel your booking without any costs, you have to do it at least 72 hours before the day of arrival at the hotel. If you fail to do so, the hotel will charge you 100 % of the room price for the first night of the stay.
You can cancel by telephone, e-mail or fax, providing your booking number.
Your booking will be kept active until 6.00 pm of the day of your arrival date. At that time your booking will be cancelled, if you don't inform us of your late arrival.
