POLICY AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY

 

As manager of the team El ladrón de agua, I declare our commitment to our guests for a high quality and personalized service to our guests. Every day we try to offer them a place of peace and sensibility, where they can meet the city, and its history and culture. We collaborate with the construction of a cultural enriched city, with more protected nature areas and a healthy environment. We are convinced that the “Quality and Environment Management System” (following the norms Q tourist for small accommodations and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004) which we have decided to implant, is an important contribution to this objective.

To achieve our objective, we would like to have a direct communication with our guests to get to know their needs and try to satisfy them. We would like to be one of the ways through which our guests meet the city and its richness, habits, gastronomy and cultural and natural patrimony.

Therefore, we will impulse all kind of adequate actions to achieve our objective, centred in the client and in the protection and consideration of our natural and cultural environment, starting with foreseeing and minimizing any kind of direct or indirect pollution, implicating all the staff in this matter.

Our process of improving in quality will be continuously, and we commit us to maintain informed to and stay in contact with all departments of the hotel and give our staff the opportunity to get more training.

Our commitment will also mean the performance of the legislation and regulation applicable in environmental matters, foreseeing and minimizing the noise and air pollution or in the production of residues, establishing recycling systems and reducing the energetic consume. Our politics are at our public’s disposal and will be revised every year to guarantee the efficiency of the System.
