  • Does the hotel have parking?

    The hotel does not have its own car park. We recommend the use of San Agustín Car Park, next to the Cathedral, 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, Parking Trex near Plaza de los Campos or Parking Puerta Real (close to El Corte Inglés store) which is 10 - 15 minutes' walk away. You can either take a taxi from the stand at ground level or you can walk to the hotel. The price for the taxi is around 6 or 7 Euros.

  • Can we arrive by car to the hotel?

    You can arrive by car to the hotel but we do not advise it. The Albaycin neighborhood is an area where circulation of vehicles is restricted and parking is limited. To arrive to the different car parks in the city, once at the hotel, you would have to circulate around the neighborhood to be re-positioned again in the city centre (about 20 minutes).

  • Do Double/Twin rooms have views of the Alhambra?

    Our Double/Twin rooms do not have views of the Alhambra - they face a pedestrian street so these rooms are very quiet. The Double/Twin rooms are located on a quiet site street or a backstreet.

  • Do Superior rooms have views of the Alhambra?

    Most of our Superior rooms have views of the Darro River, including the shower in the bathroom. There is only one room that doesn't, which faces onto a quiet backstreet and also has a hydromassage bathtub in the bathroom.

  • Do all the rooms face the Alhambra?

    Only Deluxe rooms and our Suite face the Alhambra. Most of our Superior rooms have views of the Darro River just in front of the hotel, and all other rooms face a quiet pedestrian street.

  • Does the hotel have a spa or jacuzzi?

    Our hotel does not have a spa. Some rooms have a hydromassage bathtub.

  • Do the rooms have a double bed?

    Some of our rooms have a king size bed of 150cm and other rooms have a super king size bed of 180cm. Our twin beds measure 105cm.

  • Does the hotel have any rooms for four people?

    Our hotel does not have any rooms for four people. We only have two rooms for three people. We can put an extra bed in one of the Deluxe rooms or our Suite.

  • Does the hotel have connected rooms?

    The hotel does not have connected rooms. If you want to book two rooms, we can make sure they are close to each at your request. Subject to availability.

  • Is it possible to have a baby cot in the room?

    All our rooms have enough space to use a baby cot. They are free. Subject to availability. 

  • Are you able to provide tickets for the Alhambra?

    We can provide you with tickets for the Alhambra. You must indicate the date and time you want to visit the monument and the number of tickets required. To make the reservation it is necessary to have your credit card details (Credit card number, expiry date and the CV2 security number) so you must authorise the hotel to use them. The Alhambra Booking Department will charge 15,40 Euros per person on your credit card. The Hotel will charge 2 Euros per person on your bill as management fee. Unfortunately you cannot use an American Express/Amex card.

  • Do the tickets for the Alhambra include a guided tour?

    The Alhambra tickets do not include a guided tour. If you want to take a guided tour, we can make the reservation for you. The tour will be with a group of 10 or 15 people and an official guide. The price for this visit is 52 Euros per person. If you would like a private guided tour, the price is 140 Euros (190 Euros during weekends and bank holidays) plus 15,40 Euros per person for each Alhambra ticket.

  • What time is check in?

    Check in is from 12pm to 2pm.

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is before 12pm.

  • Can we leave our luggage in the hotel?

    We can hold your luggage in our lobby and you will be able to use our facilities until your departure time.

  • Does the hotel have a restaurant?

    Our hotel has a charming restaurant where we offer a delicious buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, cold meat, pastries, yogurt, jams…

  • Does the hotel serve lunch or dinner in the restaurant?

    Our restaurant serves breakfast only but we can offer you lunch or dinner service in a restaurant which we collaborate with, at 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.

  • Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

    No, the hotel does not have a swimming pool.

  • Is the hotel located near to the Alhambra?

    Our hotel is placed a 10/15 minute walk from the Alhambra. We are located in the city centre, with easy access to monuments.

  • Does the hotel have WIFI?

    Our hotel has free WIFI in all rooms and common areas.

  • Is it possible to get late check-out?

    Check out is at 12pm. If you want to check out late, please tell us in advance. We will inform you of the conditions.

  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

    We always offer the best price guaranteed at every moment.

  • Is there a minimum length of stay?

    There is a minimum stay requirement of 2 or 3 days at weekends and on national holidays.

  • Do you have any adapted rooms for people with reduced mobility?

    We have a standard room adapted for people with reduced mobility. This room is placed close to the elevator. We also have access ramps. The bathroom is equipped with support bars and we can also provide a shower seat.

  • Does the hotel have an elevator?

    The hotel has an elevator that reaches all three floors.

  • Do all rooms have a private bathroom?

    All our rooms have a private bathroom. They are fully equipped and have Molton Brown amenities. Some bathrooms have a shower plate and others have a hydromassage bathtub.

  • Does the hotel have common areas?

    The hotel has a library where you can use a computer and enjoy our welcome service (sherry tasting accompanied by some olives and chips).

    We also have a central courtyard and a lobby area to rest or enjoy a drink from the bar.

  • Do rooms have a minibar?

    Only the Suite has a minibar without drinks - it is for private use. If you want to keep something in a fridge you can use the one we have in reception.

  • Do rooms have A/C and a heating system?

    All our rooms have A/C and a heating system, depending upon the season. Our system provides air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. It is not possible to use both in the same season.

  • What does breakfast consist of?

    We serve a cold breakfast buffet which consists of fresh orange juice, espresso, some fruit, Spanish omelette, toasts, pastries, a wide selection of jams, ham, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurts and a lot more!

  • What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast service starts at 8am and finishes at 11am. But if you need to have breakfast earlier we will adapt to your needs and we will serve it from 7am with prior notice.

  • Do you have room service?

    We do not have room service but you can have a drink in our bar or take it up to your room.

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

    Smoking is totally prohibited in the entire hotel and rooms.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The cancellation period on all bookings is up to 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be received by the hotel before 18:00 (or 6pm) local time. On all confirmed bookings cancelled outside the specified cancellation period, there is a cancellation charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's booking value. If your stay is for 3 days or longer, a charge equating to 50% of the total value of your original booking will be charged. In case of a no-show or if you cut your stay short, the total value of your reservation will be charged.

  • What requirements are needed to formalise a reservation?

    In order to guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card details or a bank transfer. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival

  • Is it possible to sleep three people in a room?

    All our rooms are for double occupancy except for the Suite and the Deluxe Plus where it is possible to put a sofa bed or a supplementary bed respectively. In the case of travelling with children, please check with us before making your reservation.

  • What time does housekeeping service finish?

    Housekeeping service finishes at 3pm.

  • What are the front desk opening times?

    The front desk operates 24 hours a day.

  • Do you supply hairdryers in the bathrooms?

    We supply a hairdryer in all rooms. You will find it in the bathroom or in the room closet.

  • Does the hotel have laundry service?

    We have an external laundry service for our guests’ clothes. We offer same-day service or a regular service for next-day delivery.

  • Is there a safe box in the rooms?

    All rooms have a free safe box. You can find it in your room closet. We also have a safe box in reception which is watched 24 hours a day.

  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?

    We are sorry but pets are not allowed in the hotel.

  • Does the hotel require a deposit in advance?

    No, it does. But the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
